This post looks at the dilemma of childhood obesity and what we can all do to help strengthen the diet plan of our young. A comment a mother produced to her two young sons whilst on the train this morning got me thinking. The mother was talking about how they were searching forward to a day out in London, and what they would do later. The mother said “when we are on the way property we can grab some doughnuts!” Now, it is accurate I don’t know whether or not or not the doughnuts were a 1 off treat following a unique day out or a regular occurrence.
